Mr. Rodgers was born in Richland, Washington and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2001 from University of Virginia, and his Masters of Arts in 2002 from University of Arizona.  He received his Juris Doctor in 2007 from the University Of Arizona James E. Rogers College Of Law.  Mr. Rodgers practices in the areas of bankruptcy trustee rights, business and consumer bankruptcy, commercial and residential receivership law, civil litigation, tax lien foreclosure law, and creditor’s rights.  Mr. Rodgers has appellate experience at the District Court, 9th Circuit BAP, and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals levels.

Mr. Rodgers is a Board Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist – State Bar of Arizona and Board Certified – Creditors’ Rights Law – American Board of Certification.
