Ms. Steiner received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Cum Laude, from Arizona State University. She received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University and is admitted to the Arizona State Bar. Ms. Steiner is also a Certified Real Estate Specialist, State Bar of Arizona and was formerly licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona.

Ms. Steiner’s current practice consists of all aspects of real estate and commercial transactions including negotiation and documentation of real estate purchases, sales, leases and planned communities, including covenants, conditions and restrictions, easements and development agreements, loan workouts and foreclosures, Arizona foreclosure and anti-deficiency laws, short sales, asset sales and purchases, landlord tenant disputes, evictions, review of title, survey and environmental matters, and formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
