Mr. Hilkert is admitted in the State of Arizona, Illinois and Wisconsin.  Prior to joining Lane & Nach, P.C., he worked at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona as a law clerk for the Honorable Sarah S. Curley.  He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Law and Beloit College.

Mr. Hilkert practices in the areas of bankruptcy law and creditors’ rights.
