Steven Gregory Jones was educated at the University of New Mexico and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1985 and was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 2022.  Mr, Jones has been engaged in a broad and varied litigation practice since 1985.  He is experienced in several areas of litigation, including commercial, bankruptcy, employment, intellectual property, professional liability, arbitration, administrative hearings, trials and appeals.

He also has substantial experience handling construction defect disputes, representing owners, subcontractors, contractors, architects, and engineers in litigation and before the Registrar of Contractors.  Mr. Jones understands complex construction and engineering issues and has been involved privately as an entrepreneur in building and development projects.

He has extensive training as a mediator through AAA and acts as a mediator and arbitrator.  Mr. Jones currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem with the Maricopa Superior Court.

Mr. Jones’ areas of focus include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Construction Law and Real Estate/Property law.
